Ms. Jansen is such a young, beautiful teacher that teaches communication arts for our class. She is such a good teacher because she is such a happy and bubbly person. If you are in a bad mood, she will be the one to cheer you up. Every morning, she is outside her door, greeting us to come into her class. As she walks in she tells us cheerfully good morning. She is always having funny, joyful conversations with us. She rarely ever has anything but a smile in her face.
Although she may get a little irritated with us sometimes, we should’ve excepted it coming. After all we are middle schoolers, we don’t have the best behavior. But she either bounces back and is back to laughing and talking to us. She has a very good attitude and lots of patience. I don’t know how she can still be happy person she is with us everyday. In my opinion, she has lots of patience and joy to be able to deal with us everyday.
Along with being a wonderful person with such great attitude, she is a very good teacher. She does fun activities but also make sure we know the fundamentals. If you have any questions, she is never annoyed but always glad to help you. Plus, she hasn’t been assigning much homework which is a students dream. Hopefully this doesn’t make her want to assign more homework. Overall, she just makes learning way more fun then it actually is.
Usually you think of classrooms as boring rooms but not Ms. Jansen’s. After her greeting, you walk into her beautiful, colorful room. I remember walking in on the first day of school and was only thinking “wow.” You may look in there wondering why she has all these things, but each one of them mean something important to her. Half of her items are from her students to show how much they care for her. The room is just filled with colorful, bright, inspiring things. No wonder her class is so fun. My favorite thing in room is probably the big SDSU flag. Her room is so cool and filled with such interesting things, it makes you never want to leave.
From her positive attitude to her amazing teaching, Ms. Jansen is person you would look up to and want to be friends with. You know she is such an amazing person when all the students love her and want to be friends with her. I hope she continues to stay at Hanson School so I can be blessed all throughout high school to have her as a teacher. She has touched many of the students lives already including mine. When she leaves, hopefully after I graduate, I will miss her greeting me everyday right by the door to her bright classroom filled with joyous memories.
